These listings, compiled by Richardson, begin with the English counties in alphabetical order, and then by other country in the order indicated on a list pasted at the front of the volume. At the end of the volume are two newspaper cuttings from 'The Daily Telegraph' relating to the sale of a marble replica font by the Danish sculptor, Thorwaldsen in 1939.

These listings have been annotated to indicate where illustrations appear in the other series of Richardson's volumes of drawings and sketches, in Volumes 1-6 relating to fonts (see MS115/1/1-6)
