DescriptionCorrespondence from Hargrove and Co, Westminster London, formerly Hargrove, Fowler and Blunt, legatees/trustees, and individuals associated with the Clegg estate and also the estate of Robert Blunt, the former manager of the Clegg estate. This includes correspondence from Mrs Pinckney, sister of Isaac Clegg, on the emigration of her son Thomas to Australia, May 1852, and correspondence from Thomas Frid relating to his request to be discharged from the role of trustee, Apr 1851. Correspondence relates largely to the financial affairs of the trust and the management of trust properties.

In addition there is correspondence relating to the will and estate of Robert Blunt [d circa 1876], formerly of Hargrove, Fowler and Blunt, who was estate agent for the Clegg trust. This includes correspondence from Miss Mary Bannister regarding the will and executors of Robert Blunt, Jun-Jul 1876, and the appointment of Secker and Gray as executors.
