They consist of batches of printed forms completed by applicants working at one of four firms: B. Hingley & Sons, Griffin Woodhouse Ltd, E. A. & H. Sandford, and Holt William & Co. The forms contain personal details such as address, date of birth, occupation, name of employer and membership of other Trade Unions.
