Pennington. The name of the writer of this letter has been identified from a letter written by his sister, Lilly (see MS62/1/117)|
He writes from the Royal College to thank Harriet and her husband for their kindness to him and to send his love to their daughter, Malvina. He goes on to write about his progress at the Royal College, and to ask Harriet to write to him. He mentions that his father is going to Algiers the following week, and reports that his family are all in good health.
