/2 Manuscript letter from R. W. Wood to Oliver Lodge, written from the University Club, San Francisco, 13 July 1900. Wood thanks Lodge for his previous letter [in which it appears that Lodge has offered Wood a position of employment in England]. Wood is cautious about accepting a position abroad because of his family and the potential complications of applying for British citizenship, and asks Lodge for more information about the position, as well as some more time to consider. |
