Lodge thanks Crockett for sending him the interesting account of his 'remarkable experiences' which appears to relate to his psychic experiences following the death of his child. He offers advice about the appropriate way and place of publication of these experiences and suggests that Crockett should also contact others interested in psychical research in America, namely Professor [James] Hyslop and Dr Walter [Franklin] Prince. Lodge also writes that he will pass Crockett's letter on to Mr J. Arthur Hill in England
