DescriptionLargely letters dated 1795-1796 concerning sale of Aqualate Estate in Shropshire from Mr Baldwyn and Mr Childe to Mr Fletcher; the letters contain references to the valuation of furniture and timber and payment of Mr Baldwyn's creditors. SB/639 includes copy correspondence between Thomas Lloyd and John Fletcher of Lichfield about the purchase.

Other letters relate to property transactions involving the executors of Sir Caesar Hawkins (SB/634-635); the execution of a Deed of Trust by Lord Curzon, Mr Knight and Mr ?Coen (SB/637); and the sale of Thomas's Lloyd's estate (SB/645-647).
