Administrative HistoryAllocations 1974-1993. Programme spending in 1993/94, 1994/95. See later annual reports for any subsequent allocations.

During the 1970s and 1980s SCF made a small number of grants to organisations in Sierra Leone and sponsored a Voluntary Service Overseas volunteer working at Serabu Hospital. In 1973 SCF inherited a sponsorship programme administered by Sierra Leone Children's Home Association from the International Union for Child Welfare. In the 1990s SCF began an Agricultural Rehabilitation project in Sierra Leone and began working on projects largely relating to the release and re-integration of child soldiers.
