Administrative HistorySCF began working in Uzbekistan in the 1990s. SCF's projects have related to children with disabilities, juvenile justice, and child poverty and vulnerability. In 2002 SCF commissioned research on the exploitation of child labour in the regions of Namangan, Jizak, Karakalpakstan and the city of Tashkent. SCF withdrew from Uzbekistan in 2003.
