Administrative HistoryA. Frances Parkinson (b.1870), worked for many years as a teacher. She appears to have worked with Serbian students in the UK during the First World War, and after the War worked with the Serbian Relief Fund. She subsequently travelled to Russia during the famine with the Nansen League. During the 1920s to 1940s, she supported the work of the Save the Children Fund.
