| Notes | Note from visiting researcher, Autumn 2025:
It is unfortunate that the catalogues refer to this, in the main title, as Book 3, as a CCDM Book 3 also exists (copies in the Harding Collection at the Bodleian and in the Mitchell Library, Glasgow), containing 288 dances as opposed to the 204 in this Volume 3.
As stated, there should be 102ff. in Volume 3, but 8 pages are missing (stubs still visible in places) with the loss of dances 3 & 4, 15 & 16, 21 & 22, 41 & 42, 97 & 98, 105 & 106, 125 & 126, 203 & 204.
Library catalogue pagination should read: 102ff. |
