Also on SH/598 is a set of words beginning 'Whist cares of state' and 'To play a bass upon the violin' which simply gives a scale starting on G (i e an octave below normal violin G, and showing which notes are played on each of the strings).
Another hand has written along the edge of this sheet: 'Tuesday Novr. 1st/18th Octbr.'.
