Mr Greenway (who had come the evening before) travelled with them, which annoyed John's brother, as he delayed them. Mrs Barker and her daughters visited her on Saturday. On Sunday she went to Queen Street. News of the children's ailments. Sally [the maid?] has given in her notice. Elizabeth disapproves of her morals. She praises her daughter Margaret, who plays well, and speaks French.
