Membership consisted of the Principal, Vice-Principal, the Deans of the Faculties, and Professor Hughes, (Professor of Education). Minutes of only one meeting of this board are recorded. This meeting, which took place in November 1905, discussed the matriculation of two Chinese students following an application from the Chinese Legation
