Internal evidence states that the Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education was introduced at the University of Birmingham in 1999, and suggests that the Board of Studies existed before December 2008, as a previous meeting in May 2008 is mentioned. Its terms of reference were updated to accommodate the College structure which was imposed for the academic session 2008-2009
Minutes include records of the Board of Examiners which approved module grades for the Postgraduate Certificate and Associate Programme, considered mitigations and appeals, and looked at comments of external examiners. They also include records of the Participants Liaison Group which commented on aspects of the programme. The minutes include some module proposal forms for the Postgraduate Certificate, and discuss the management and operation of the programmes |
