| Description | Minutes and supporting papers of the REF 2020 Strategy Group which met between February and June 2015, together with papers relating to the outcome of the Research Assessment Exercise (RAE) 2008 and Research Excellence Framework (REF) 2014 submissions made by the University of Birmingham.
Following the outcome of REF2014 a REF 2020 Strategy Group was established with terms of reference to develop a strategy and supporting action plan for REF2020, building on work undertaken at the University Executive Board Awayday held on 21 Janury 2015. It was chaired by Professor Michael Whitby, Acting Pro Vice Chancellor Research and Knowledge Transfer and other members were a senior representative of each College and the Registrar and Secretary. The group met for the final time on 8 June 2015 and submitted the strategy to University Executive Board for endorsement |
