Minutes of the first meeting, on 11 April 1973, include a copy of a draft report on the formal structure of University administration and the functions of the Finance and General Purposes committee, the Academic Executive, the Academic Staffing committee, and the Committee of Principals and Deans, setting out current functions and proposed changed functions, membership, and period of appointment in line with Review Body proposals. Minutes of the meeting held on 14 December 1973 discuss the draft revision of the Charter and Statutes and include an annotated copy of the Charter and Statutes. Minutes of the meeting held on 9 January 1974 discuss revisions further.
