The Academic Executive committee was the successor to the Senate Executive committee, and had largely the same functions, though these were expanded over the course of the committee's existence. The Academic Executive committee was disbanded at the end of 1989
Records of both the Senate Executive committee and the Academic Executive committee complement the records of Senate. Senate delegated powers to both bodies to take decisions on routine academic matters |
