| Description | Cards recording information about students enrolled at the University of Birmingham during their degree course or other programme of study and used by administrative staff probably in the Registry. There are three sub-series of record cards, each arranged by name of student in alphabetical order. There is some overlap in date range between the earliest sub-series and the second sub-series, and between the second sub-series and the latest sub-series.
It is possible that a later sub-series of cards, covering the period from 1987 onwards, has not been transferred to the University Archives. Student records created since the late 1990s-early 2000s have been kept electronically |
