DescriptionThanks them for the whisky and the black slip. They gave a little party on Christmas night. On Boxing Day they went to Heather's for a meal. They also went to her house in the New year. Harold is suffering from a cold and from rheumatism but has nearly finished one of his best portraits, one of Lord Justice Humphreys, a very moving picture. She is busy with work, with art one never ceases to hope and study. Hopes that they will be comfortable in the Stratford flat. Barry Jackson has taken her to the opera twice. He seemed in low spirits, it must have been terrible for him to witness Scott's suffering. Lionel Harris is now a T.V. producer
