Gladstone, Deputy Master of Royal Mint] tells Coleridge [Bernard John Seymour, 1851-1927, judge and 2nd Baron Coleridge] that Arber's application has been sent to the Treasury for consideration but it is unlikely that an exception can be made. (This letter was sent to Arber with US4/60).
