The records principally date between 1930 and 1991 prior to YHA's structural reorganisation in 1993.
The main series of council and committee minutes can be found in YHA/NG/2/1, which includes a chronological series of files each containing a year's worth of minutes. Further minutes and associated meeting papers for the National Council, Management Committee, and Hostel Standards Committee can be found in YHA/NG/2/2, YHA/NG/2/4, and YHA/NG/2/5.
