YHA/NG/9/3/1-4 appear to be one series, with YHA/NG/9/3/5-7 another series, with a time gap between the two series. The ledgers record the same information, with the first series having handwritten column headings, and the second being in pre-printed ledgers.
The ledgers include a column with a reference to another ledger folio number. Although not clear, it is probable that these other ledgers, which may have held more detailed accounts of the transactions, are not part of this collection may not survive. |
